Local District Councill Marcus Hart was delighted to have been out and about in Blakedown and Churchill looking at issues on behalf of local residents and can report back on behalf of myself, Ian, Lisa and Robin.

Marcus has been to inspect the Wheatmill Close alleyway off Sculthorpe Road, Blakedown and is pleased that the potholes which were a trip hazard have now been filled in. This is in addition to the hedge being substantially cut back and the street light now not being obstructed.

The good news is that Marcus is pleased to report that in the next financial year the alleyway will be completely resurfaced and that the temporary repairs are just to deal with the immediate safety issues.
