Following a request from the residents of Bridge Road, Cookley, County Councillor Ian Hardiman has supported and progressed the introduction of a Residents’ Permit Parking Scheme.

Ian says, “Following approval from the County Council, this has now progressed to consideration by the District Council on the enforcement details necessary to allow this scheme to succeed.

Residents are keen to have a scheme introduced as early as possible but it is important to ensure proper consideration to the enforcement arrangements of this.”

Ian will be monitoring progress of this proposal and will keep residents informed.
