As County Councillor Marcus Hart, regularly travels around his Division, to enable him to meet with residents when out and about, and to be able to act on concerns as he sees them.  Whilst out in Spennells this week, Marcus was concerned of the amount of litter on the Estate.

 In response to this Marcus has said; "I am delighted to have been out and about on Spennells over the last couple of days dealing with a number of issues. I was appalled to see the state of the litter on parts of the estate and especially here at Warbler Place near the shops. Whilst the responsibility for litter is a District Council function, as your County Councillor I am happy to work for you and raise all issues with the relevant agency. I have had a number of residents contacting me recently about litter and rest assured I am reporting all of these issues."
