County Councillor Marcus Hart reporting back after one of his regular walkabouts:

I was pleased to be out on the Spennells estate today with our local highways officer looking at a number of highways issues.

"I am delighted to report that I have liaised with WCC highways and they have liaised with our street lighting contractor to ensure that the street light removed at the junction of Pochard Close and Turnstone Road is replaced in a timely fashion. The original date was late February 2023 and I made it quite clear that this was totally unacceptable given the dark nights. Due to my intervention this light should now be replaced week commencing 12th December.
