Just a quick update for all Spennells residents. As you will be aware, I have been relentlessly pursuing action on the surface dressing and the issues with the 'fatting up'.

A water pressuring treatment has recently been trialed and I am advised has worked to good effect. Major works will therefore be undertaken across the estate from 8th November. There will be stop/go signs used to manage the road closures and the contractors will try and keep disruption to a minimum. After the work has been done I will be having a further to briefing to understand how well it has worked and will report back.
